Due to the system upgrade over the weekend, we are experiencing some issues with the My Account, requests and renewals functionality. We are working to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.
The following functions are currently unavailable:
- Hold Requests (the "Get This Title" button)
- My Reserves
- My Accounts
We do not currently have an estimated uptime for these functions.
It's come to our attention that a large number of overdue and lost notices have been resent. Please be assured that if you received today a notice dated from February or March, it was sent in error and you can safely ignore those.
