Collections Council
A group established to advise the library administration regarding library-wide collection priorities; to recommend policies and guidelines needed for development of the collection management program; to review funding plans for the collections and make recommendations for budget planning for library materials; to serve as a review body for major purchases or acquisitions to the collections; to coordinate the work of various task forces and committees operating under the direction of the Council. Members include the following:
- AUL for Collections Services & Director of the RBMSCL
- Collection Development Project Manager
- Collection Development Librarian
- Head, Collection Development
- Head, Collection Development and Curator of Collections, RBMSCL
- Head, International & Area Studies
- Humanities Discipline Group Coordinator
- Sciences Representative
- Social Sciences Discipline Group Coordinator
