Periodical -

A general term referring to any publication which is published at regular intervals of time: Weekly, monthly, quarterly, etc. (more than once a year). See also Current Periodicals.

Perkins Library-

Perkins is the major repository for resources in the humanities, sciences, and social sciences.

Perkins Library System -

The Perkins Library system consists of Perkins Library and the branch libraries: Duke Marine Library, Lilly Library, the Music Library, and the David M. Rubenstein Rare Book & Manuscript Library.

Professional School Libraries -

Professional (autonomous) school libraries include Divinity, Fuqua, Law, and Medicine. These libraries report to the
administrators of the Divinity, Business, Law, and Medical schools.

Public Documents and Maps Department -

The department receives and services documents from the federal government, state governments, and major international organizations, as well as state, U.S. and international maps.
