The Desktop Support Analyst provides technical support for the automated systems (central servers, network infrastructure, and desktop computers) used by the staff and patrons of Duke University Libraries, including branch libraries and remote facilities. S/He assists end users and departmental technology support staff in diagnosing and resolving problems with computer hardware, software, and network components.
