Lilly East-West Express September 21, 1999

Last Thursday I submitted a request (via the web) for a Perkins book to be delivered to Lilly (yes, I know the Library was closed on Thursday). Now its 1600 on Monday and apparently the book hasn’t even been checked out to my name yet. I was under the impression that there was a pretty regular shuttle going back and forth between campuses. If the turnaround time is normally 2 days or more, that’s OK, I can make arrangements to trek over to west to pick up the book, I just need to know how long to expect.
ANSWER PERSON RESPONDS: I will pass your comment on to the circulation desks at Perkins and Lilly. It is possible that the hurricane threw staffing and operations off a bit, but it shouldn’t take this long.
