It is a virtual concert hall which offers both live concerts broadcast over the web with video and sound, and archived performances. Read a precis of the project here. They also offer an e-library. My favorite so far: a full-length concert featuring the arpeggione, including the famous Schubert sonata, with many other delightful works (presently the final item in the archived concerts menu – alas, no details on works or performers). I believe that the site welcomes submissions of new content.
