		<description>It is going to be interesting to see if and how YouTube protects its Safe Harbor protection. The DMCA was written well before sites like YouTube were brought into existence and they don&#039;t fit neatly into the vision the DMCA had of the Web.

It&#039;s going to be up to the judge to make the right decision here, I hope that is what happens.</description>
