		<description>I very much agree that DMCA poses very serious concerns with respect to free speech and fair use, and I think a number of people, even those familiar with copyright law, have underestimated its negative impact.  Good job in laying out some of the problems and pointing to some interesting sources for reading more about some of the implications of DMCA and DRM systems in general.  For academics concerned with the free exchange of ideas and research, these are very important issues to confront head on.</description>
