The following steps were performed by ESRI: Downloaded Mexico Roads from the Sistemas de Información Geográfica, S.A. de C.V. FTP site. Extracted the railroad features from Mexico Roads. Created attribute TYPE and coded it from the Spanish attribute. Recoded "Multiple Tracks" features to "Single Track". Clipped features at the international border. Removed unneeded attributes. Changed the spheroid from GRS 1980 to WGS 1984. Created ArcGIS® layer file (.lyr), projection file (.prj), and spatial indices. Converted the data set to SDC.
