The following steps were performed by ESRI: Downloaded the data set (this data set also contains the roads) from the Sistemas de Información Geográfica, S.A. de C.V. FTP site. Removed the road features from the data set. Replaced the attribute OBJETO with the attribute TYPE. Translated the Spanish values to English and put them into the TYPE attribute. Added the attribute KILOMETERS and calculated its values. Removed unneeded attributes. Converted the data set to SDC. Created ArcGIS® layer file (.lyr), projection file (.prj), and spatial indices.
