DescriptionLetter to "brother farmers" to vote for Luke Fiske, representative for Waltham, rather than to re-elect Edward Everett, the candidate of the monied Boston aristocracy, who'd advocated slavery on the floor of the national legislature. Luke Fiske possesses "a perfect acquaintance with the views, feelings and interest of the people...a farmer like ourselves..." Passed the "Warren Bridge bill", lowering the people's tax burden. "Educated at Harvard College...not...in foreign countries at the public expense."
