    One-page circular letter by Francis B. Livesey (or Livezey) containing open letters to various state governors denouncing education, especially of negroes. Governors addressed include Montague (Va.), Jelks (Ala.), LaFollette (Wis.), Odell (N.Y.), Longino (Miss.), Terrell (Ga.), and Cummins (Ia.). Back of the page includes a return of address for Livezey and the addresses of two people in Massachusetts.
