  Orders from Grand Army of the Republic notifying members "to report themselves personally as members of the National Encampment to Comrade Wm. T. Collins, A.A.G. at the Spencer House, Cincinnati, Ohio, on or before the 12th day of May, 1869." Other members summoned as delegates to the National Encampment. Members named: Robert J. Rombauer, Jos. S. Gage, Wm. S. Stewart, John McNeil, Wm. M. Grosvenor, Wm. Heath, Richard L. Metcalf. Signed, Robert J. Rombauer, Chas. V. Soden. Unknown individual has written by hand at the bottom: "Did not go had to school meeting at home, to much work, and to little money."
