Description3-page prospectus from the Osage Development Company in St. Louis, Missouri (formerly of Springfield, Mo.). Page 1 outlines the specifications for the Bagnell project, the building of "The Great Bagnell Dam, Lake Osage, Osage Beach" by the owners, Union Electric Company of St. Louis. Page 2 consists of an illustrated advertisement of "Lake Osage [and] Bagnell Dam, world's largest artificial lake and Osage Beach, townsite and resort location". Page 3 shows "the plot of Osage Beach of Camden County Missouri", with certification of the surveying and plotting by civil engineer Fred W. Johnson, along with a notarized signature of Andrew Arnott, who "executed the foregoing instrument..."
