Visitors listed are: "Adjutant General C. J. Anderson of Virginia, and Col. Jos. R. Worth of Gov. O'Ferrall's staff, escorted by Gen. F. H. Cameron, Adjutant General of North Carolina, and Maj. Chas. L. Davis, U. S. Army. The favorable report by Francis H. Cameron, Adjutant General of North Carolina testifies "to its admirable location, management and condition".
