  • Description
Broadside from evangelist Tom C. Hege in Charlotte, N. C., Feb. 26, 1909 "to all Christians and students of prophecy that the scenes of this world are near, very near their close." He states that the "inhabitants of this old world are far on the road of the Antedeluvians" as quoted earlier in Rom. 1:28, as God is sending fire, flood and earthquake. He mentions "the burning Slocum", a large crowd of children burned in a "northern theater", 250 Mexican adults "of all classes" "roasted alive in a burning theater in Mexico City", the California earthquake, and the Messina earthquake, as examples.
