Collection to illustrate the resources of West Virginia

Single-page circular letter, issued by the Office of State Board of Centennial Managers for the U. S. Centennial International Exhibition, sent to appointees to local boards formed to assist with the collection of exhibition materials for West Virginia: "in order that our objects may, with the short time remaining, be more certainly accomplished, we deem it best to increase the number, and I have the honor of notifying you of your appointment on this Board by the State Board of Centennial Managers."
