April 19 Sun.

Day of rest - to tutor's at 9:00 go to place I am going to take [illegible] to people there - home sleep - dinner at La Bela Chinese rest. I order wonton soup to start, writer brings rest of food forgets soup. He tells me it is too much to eat.

April 20 Mon.

Work from 5:30 to 11:30 with ass. - buy metal box for film - home rest - Mr. Sahula comes with student friend I don't know what he wants but he has something in mind. We talk - it turns out he knows Tripathi. We have lunch and go to a Hindi movie - terrible - I go with them

April 21 Tue

Planned to take exposed fillm to A.A. at B. but I slept through alarm - sleepy this morning - spend most of the day resting go to Mr. Schulas house at 4:30 we go to toursit bungalo. Mr. Misra is out. Wild goose chase. Waste of time, student comes along I don't exactly see his relationship to Schula, he looks up to hime a lot. I guess expects help in studies. home shipping - kerosene Berus' - srgue with some Indian about world affairs - bed 10:00 awaken by wedding music, have wanted to photo woman carrying those figures in procession, sure enough there they are - I hop out of bed and follow them back at 12:30 - wedding turns out to be my tailor's daughters.
