  Caricature of Antoine Emmanuel Ernest Monis (1846-1929) as a dog (or fox?) caught by an arm and eyeing a bottle of cognac. Monis was Minister of Justice under the Waldeck-Rousseau regime that secured a presidential pardon for Dreyfus.
