    Caricature of Daniel Wilson (1840-1919) as a fly licking his lips and taking a medal from a box of papers. Wilson was the son-in-law of Jules Grévy, President of France (1879-1887). Prior to the Dreyfus Affair, Wilson was accused of using his position to traffick in the awards of the Legion of Honour, which prompted President Grévy's resignation in 1887.
