The Music Library (Biddle 113) occupies 5000 sq ft on two levels, accessible from the upper level of the Mary Duke Biddle Music Building. Periodicals, Reference materials, and approximately half of the Scores are located on the upper level, while Books and the remainder of the scores are located on the lower level. Media materials (CDs, DVDs, and microforms) can be requested at the circulation desk. Print and media Course Reserves are also held behind the circulation desk, available upon request.
Two spaces within the library are available for group study, small classes, meetings, or other functions. Upstairs, the Library Seminar Room has a music staff whiteboard, upright piano, projector, and full A/V cabinet. Please see a music library staff member to reserve this area. Downstairs is a smaller private Group Study Room, with two whiteboards and seating for 8. This room is first come, first served.
