Books, scores, and all A/V materials on reserve in the library, sortable by course number, instructor, and format. This list will be updated throughout the semester with the most current information. Reserve materials should be requested by call number at the Circulation Desk, so please use this resource to find the appropriate call number for the item you need to consult.
Books, scores, and A/V materials (CDs, DVDs, LPs, etc) may be placed on reserve in the Music Library. These items will be accessible upon request at the Circulation Desk. Other types of items will be considered on a case by case basis. Personal copies of items not in Duke's collection may be placed on Reserve, but please note that the library cannot assume liablity for items lost or damaged.
The default loan period for all Music Library Reserves is 3 hours. During that period, they may be taken out of the library and used elsewhere. If you would like a different loan period on a reserve item, or to restrict access to certain materials, please indicate those requests in the "Comments and Notes" section of the form.
Documents may be printed for personal use. Electronic Reserves allow authorized Duke users to access supplementary course reading materials.
Note: Service and support for all e-reserves is based in Perkins. See here for E-Reserves Guidelines.
