If you are an instructor and would like to have your TA be able to check materials out in your name, please see a music library staff member to create a proxy account for you.
Fines are not charged on most overdue materials; however, items not returned within 28 days of their due date will be assumed lost and patrons will be billed a minimum charge of $125 for the replacement of each item. This charge includes a minimum $100 replacement fee and a non-refundable $25 processing fee. If the actual replacement cost for an item exceeds $100, the fine will be the replacement cost plus the $25 processing fee.
Recalled items not returned by their recall date incur fines at the rate of $3 per day.
Reserve materials not returned by the end of their 3-hour loan period incur fines at the rate of $1.00 per hour.
For questions about fines, please contact Sarah Griffin.
Current Music Course Reserves can be found here, sortable by instructor, course, format, etc. All Reserves are held behind the Music Circulation Desk, and may be requested there. All music reserves have a strict 3-hr loan period, unless otherwise requested by the instructor.
If you would like to place items on reserve in the Music Library for your course, please use this online form. Instructions and information can be found here; please contact Sarah Griffin with any further questions.
