Enhanced Document Delivery Service Now Available

The Perkins Library System has replaced the WebZap InterLibrary Loan (ILL) and BARD online request systems with ILLiad, a new system that provides a unified Document Delivery Service. Using ILLiad you can

* Create a user profile that easily allows you to easily update your contact information when necessary.

* Track the status of current requests, modify current requests, and review the history of previous requests.

* View information about all items you currently have checked out through ILL and renew them online.

First-time users must register at  http://illiad.lib.duke.edu  with a username and password to access ILLiad and set up their user profile. To learn more about ILLiad follow the links for the "First Time Users, Please Register" and "FAQ" sections, located on the logon screen.
