Ask a Librarian, Any Time Day or Night

Duke University Libraries now offers online chat with a librarian 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Librarians from almost 50 libraries across the state of North Carolina are available to help you with your research questions any time of the day or night through Duke's participation in NCknows. NCknows is a pilot project offered by the State Library of North Carolina.
Duke librarians will continue to answer your questions Monday-Thursday during the peak hours of 11:00 a.m. to midnight. For more information about NCknows or the Duke University Libraries chat reference program, please go to http://library.duke.edu/services/ask/
