Go to e-journals from "Research" on the library homepage and type in New York Times, then click on the title New York Times.
To find your favorite writers, use the Lexis Nexis Academic link.
It will default to a search page for the NYT. Just type in the columnist's name and set the date to today.

To browse all of today's opinions, use the Factiva link.
Scroll to the NYT part of the page and use the pull-down menu to select "Opinion."
