Award-winning photographer Steven Smith talks about his work on 10 November at the Library

Opening reception for �Steven Smith: Photographs of the Suburban West,� an exhibition of images for which Smith has won the 2005 Center for Documentary Studies/Honickman First Book in Photography Award. Smith will talk about his work and sign his book, The Weather and a Place to Live, which was published by the Duke University Press in association with Duke�s Center for Documentary Studies. The exhibition runs 7 November-14 December in the Special Collections Gallery at Perkins Library.
