Please adhere to the following guidelines and help preserve the materials, furnishings, and ambience of the Perkins system libraries, where light refreshments and covered drinks are welcome:

•  If you bring food or drink into the library, take your trash out of the building when you leave.
• Be respectful of those around you. The sight of you eating sushi may not be a pleasant one for the person across the table; the sound of a smoothie being slurped may not be music to the ears of the person in the next armchair.
• Do not bring hot and/or odorous food into the library.  Take a break and enjoy that meal elsewhere.
