Brief Outages for "ResourceFinder" on 10 March

Users will experience a slight interruption to the Resource Finder (MetaLib) on Monday March 10, 2008, during a test of MetaLib failover procedures.  This test will impact access to databases for approximately ten minutes beginning at 8am.  It may be necessary to reboot your workstation to clear the DNS cache and gain access to the failover server, but it is also likely that no action will be necessary.   If all goes as planned, there will be a brief outage at 8am while the system is switched to failover and again at 1pm when the system is switched back to the production server.
