Words + Pictures Exhibit at Perkins

"Inside Out: Through a Photographer's Lens" on view in the Perkins Gallery April 17-May 1

This exhibit is the culmination of a semester-long service learning collaboration between students at Duke University and Durham School of the Arts (DSA).  Twelve students from Vicki Russell’s Duke Writing 20 class entitled “Looking In, Looking Out: The Language of Photographic Texts” and 20 DSA students from Darrell Thompson’s Photography III class worked together to create the exhibit.
The image in the "News & Events" box is by Pommy Aynu (DSA); it's one of three in a series called "Catfight."
