An illustrated talk by New York photographer Jonathan Hyman about his journey from Maine to Virginia and across the Midwest to document the spontaneous memorial responses of American citizens to the events of 9/11. Thursday, September 11, 7pm. Perkins Library's Biddle Rare Book Room. Free and open to everyone. Park free for this event on the quad in front of the Duke Chapel. Co-sponsored by the Duke University Libraries and the Center for Documentary Studies
