Rare Music in the Rare Book Room

Randall Love Presents "The Colonial Connoisseur," a discussion/demonstration of pianos and piano repertoire of early 19th century America.  Professor Love, an early piano specialist, will perform on a Boston-made Babcock c.1825 from Duke's Eddy Collection.  His selections will reflect holdings of early music in Duke's Rare Book, Manuscript, and Special Collections Library.  The program is free and open to everyone, especially students.
