Howard Norman, twice nominated for the National Book Award in fiction--for The Northern Lights, his first novel, and The Bird Artist, his second, will read and discuss his work. A film adaptation of The Bird Artist, directed by Balthazar Kormiker, will be in production this summer. Norman is also the author of the novels The Museum Guard, The Haunting of L., and Devotion, all currently under film options. Forthcoming is the novel What If Left The Daughter.
