2009 Instructional Technology Showcase

You are cordially invited to the Center for Instructional Technology's 9th annual "Instructional Technology Showcase," Friday 4/24/2009 in Perkins/Bostock Libraries and the Link. This free one-day conference is targeted at Duke faculty and those who support them, and is focused on faculty use of technologies in teaching.

Themes of this year's event include:
    * teaching with video
    * virtual worlds in teaching
    * mobile devices
    * GPS and mapping
    * teaching in flexible learning spaces
    * and more!

The program for the day includes concurrent presentations in the morning, followed by a keynote presentation from Jim Groom (University of Mary Washington), lunch and an afternoon of short concurrent teaching demonstrations.
