Finding Images; Using Them Legally

Thursday, 4 February, 2-3:30pm, Perkins Library, room 217

Explore scholarly image resources for use in teaching and publishing and learn the procedures for obtaining copyright clearance with Image Resource Librarian Lee Sorensen and Scholarly Communications Officer Kevin Smith. The session will also include tips for projecting images in the classroom, creating personal visual collections and helping students use images in their research and writing. Open to all Duke faculty, graduate students and staff
