Mad Men & Mad Women: The Library Party

Party like it's 1965!
You've seen the show. Now show up and be seen.

Duke students, faculty, staff, alumni, and other members of the Duke community are invited to a night of professional fun, sponsored by the the Duke Marketing Club and Duke University Libraries.

For one night only, see Perkins Library completely transformed into the headquarters of the Sterling, Cooper, Perkins, Bostock advertising agency.

When: Friday, February 25
What Time: 9 PM to Midnight
Where: Perkins Library
How much: Admission is free
Dress: Cocktail attire

Students: Midterms got you going MAD?! Throw on your vintage duds. You may be at the library but you probably won't be studying.

Highlights include:

  • "The Sounds of Sinatra Live" in the von der Heyden Pavilion
  • Motown Retro DJ in the Link
  • Giveaways - skinny ties, costume pearls
  • Prizes for 1960s and MAD MEN Trivia
  • Beer and wine available for purchase with cash, Food and FLEX points
  • Appetizers and desserts by Triangle Catering
