- Currently received U.S. newspapers are shelved in the gray hanging folders by state and title on the first floor of Bostock Library.
- Newspaper titles for which microfilm subscriptions are also received are retained in paper form (in most cases) until the film is received. Those titles which are not replaced by microfilm are kept for one month (newspapers in Lilly Library are kept for two weeks).
- Most newspaper indexes are located on the first floor of Bostock Library. Consult staff for specific locations. Also refer to the printed guide, "Indexes to United States News Sources".
- Microfilm is located in the microforms storage areas (cabinets on either Bostock first floor or lower level) by call number order. Please check the Bostock Microform Titles list to see where the item you wish to view is located.
