Reserves

E-Reserves

E-reserves can be accessed through the library catalog interface and are also accessible through the BlackBoard site for your class.

Print Reserves

Perkins Library

Materials on reserve are available at the Reserves section of the Circulation Desk, on the first floor of Perkins Library. Materials may be checked out of the building, for varying times according to the professor making the assignment. More details on Perkins reserves

Lilly Library

Open reserve materials are available for browsing and in-building use in the Quadra Room, at the front of the first floor of Lilly Library on East Campus. They are shelved by professor and title. Closed reserves, including videos, are available at the Lilly service desk, and may be checked out for limited time periods. More on Lilly Reserve Policies.

Music Library

Books and some scores on reserve can be requested from the Music Library circulation desk and checked out for a three hour time period. Recordings and videos and most scores on reserve can be requested from the Music Media Center circulation desk and can also be checked out for a three hour time period. Reserves lists are kept at each circulation point to indicate which items are on reserve there. Some reserve materials must be used in-house.

Biology and Environmental Sciences Library

Reserves are kept at the Circulation Desk in the Biology and Environmental Sciences Library.
