JSTOR
This "Journal Storage" project archives full text electronic versions (Adobe Acrobat format) of historical runs of core journals, primarily in the social sciences and math, including economics, finance, statistics, and business. There is a 3 to 5 year lag before the title is available in JSTOR, so you must rely on other electronic sources or on paper sources for recent issues.
National Bureau of Economic Research
NBER promotes and distributes "unbiased economic research among public policymakers, business professionals, and the academic community." Its four goals are to develop new statistical measurements, estimate quantitative models of economic behavior, analyze the effects of public policies on the US economy, and predict the effects of alternative policy proposals. From this site one may search the Working Paper series of NBER.
