Court of Auditors. The Court of Auditors monitors the financial accounts of the European Union.

The Court of Justice. The Court of Justice of the European Communities provides a consistent interpretation and application of EU laws across EU countries. Texts of judgments since June 1997 are available online.

General Court

The Civil Service Tribunal. The new specialised court, composed of seven judges, will be called upon to adjudicate in disputes between the European Union and its civil service.
