Public Documents and Maps: Major Legislative and Executive Branch

The table below lists holdings of CIS microfiche products held at TRLN Libraries. All of these series are indexed in Lexis/Nexis Congressional (L/N C) or Lexis/Nexis Statistical (L/N Stat.) which are available at all four locations listed in the table.  CIS microfiche at Duke's Perkins Library is located in the Public Documents and Maps Department.

NOTE:  Many titles in these series may also be available in paper at one or another of these libraries (not necessarily represented in the libraries' catalogs), or full-text online, so ask a librarian for assistance.

‡ Parts 1 & 2 of the CIS Executive Branch Documents collection for 1789-1909 contains publications from the Commerce & Labor, Treasury, and War Departments.  For 1910-1932, Parts 1 & 2 contain publications from the Smithsonian Institution, Treasury Dept., Tariff Commission, Veterans Bureau, Vocational Education Board, Commerce Dept., and Civil Service Commission.  Northwestern University has an online guide listing agencies in each of the other parts of both sets.
