Visiting the Archive

The Archive for Documentary Arts is housed within the David M. Rubenstein Rare Book & Manuscript Library at Duke University. The Rubenstein Library adjoins the William R. Perkins Library on the main quadrangle of the University's West Campus, near Duke Chapel. Library holdings are made available for use in the reading room of the David M. Rubenstein Rare Book & Manuscript Library.

Bus Service at Duke:

  • Duke University Bus Schedules: Free bus service to locations on campus. Limited service during summer months and semester breaks.
  • Robertson Scholars Bus: Express bus service between Duke and UNC Chapel Hill, free to passengers holding a Duke or UNC ID. Not available during summer months; limited service during semester breaks.
