Stephen Harty is an advertising executive who began his career at Ogilvy & Mather and later became North American Chairman of Bartle Bogle Hegarty agency. Harty co-founded Merkley Newman Harty advertising agency (later renamed Merkley+Partners), part of the Omnicom Group.
