Copyright & Fair Use

If the materials you wish to use are under copyright protection, you will need to contact the copyright holder to request permission to use them. Please note that the Rubenstein Library holds the copyright for only a small percentage of the copyrighted materials it owns. Library staff are unable to assist with obtaining copyright permissions that it does not own. It is the researcher’s responsibility to determine the copyright status of the materials they wish to use and pursue permission.
