Book/Article Delivery (BARD) Request books and articles for delivery from one Duke library to another Duke library location. Faculty and graduate students only.
Building Maintenance Requests fixes for or report problems with library building fixtures (lights, ceiling tiles, furniture, etc.)
Documents/Maps Request Request non-circulating materials from Compact Shelving.
InterLibrary Loan Requests to borrow books and articles not at Duke
Library Instruction Request a library research workshop for your class or group
Library Tours Request a tour of the library.
Microforms Request Request retrieval of microforms from locked stacks.
Off-Site Requests Duke patrons should request materials from off-site locations (Library Service Center, Duke Off Site Stacks, etc.) via Catalog Request Form.
Recall/Hold Duke patrons - Use Catalog Request Form to request that a checked out book be returned and held for you.
Reference Questions Submit reference questions (members of the Duke community or questions about Duke University and its library collections have priority).
Renew Checked Out Materials Renew items using the My Account feature of the catalog
Research Consultations Request appointment with reference librarian for research consultation. Duke undergraduates, graduate students, faculty and staff only.
Reserves/E-Reserves Requests to place items on reserve or electronic reserve. Teaching faculty only.
Search for a Book Requests that library staff locate a book which is not on the shelf (and not checked out).
Suggest a Purchase Submit suggestions for library purchases.
Video Reservation Requests for placing videos on reserve at Lilly Library, or for borrowing videos for classroom showings.
