Duke Law Scholarship Repository - provides open access to scholarly works of Duke Law faculty and affiliates, including faculty articles, working papers, and student-edited law journals.

You've done your research, and now you're ready to share it with the world and make sure it's archived and available for others to use into the future. The links on this page point you to services at Duke that will help you accomplish these goals.
Duke Libraries can help you share your peer-reviewed article, thesis, dissertation, data, or other digital objects via an open access repository. We provide a platform for publishing and managing an online journal, and can advise on copyright issues, scholarly publishing, data management, building and managing digital collections, and more.
Open Access at Duke University
In support of Duke University's strategic goal of putting knowledge in the service of society, Duke supports open access to scholarly literature and research outputs wherever possible. Some open access initiatives at Duke:- Open Access Policy for Faculty Publications - adopted in March 2010 by the Academic Council, this policy grants Duke permission to provide open access to articles authored by Duke Faculty.
- COPE - the Compact for Open Access Publishing Equity - a program to reduce barriers to open access publishing by providing assistance to Duke authors with open access publication fees.
- Support for the Berlin Declaration on Open Access to Scientific Knowledge and the Federal Research Public Access Act (FRPAA) - Provost Peter Lange has signed open letters in support of these initiatives.

- Copyright and intellectual property advice - The Office of Scholarly Communications at Duke Libraries provides guidance for faculty, students, and staff in matters relating to the dissemination and use of knowledge, and in particular on copyright and technology law. The Director of the Office is available for individual consultations as well as workshops and presentations, and blogs on issues related to scholarly communication and copyright.
- Data management, publishing, and archiving - the Library's Data and GiS services staff provide support to the Duke community on making effective use of data and GIS for research and teaching, and are also available for consultation on data management planning, publishing, and archiving, including advice on completing a data management plan for NSF proposals.
- Open journal publishing - Starting an online journal, or want to move your existing journal online and make it openly available? Duke Libraries provides support for members of the Duke community to publish their scholarly journals online via the Open Journal System.
- Digitization and digital scholarship projects - The Digital Scholarship and Production Services department provides consulting and assistance with digital scholarship and digital collections projects, including digitization of primary materials.
