Thanks to generous funding from GlaxoSmithKlein, the John Hope Franklin Research Center for African and African American History and Culture offers annual travel grants, on a competitive basis, to faculty, graduate or undergraduate students, and independent scholars with projects directly related to materials held by the Franklin Research Center.
