The Rare Book, Manuscript, and Special Collections Library

Reproduction Options

  • Some kinds of copying, particularly for bound materials or color photocopies, must be done by staff only. If necessary, the copies may be mailed to you following your research visit.
  • Some Special Collections materials, especially manuscript material, may be available on microfilm which can be borrowed. Consult staff.
  • Remote users may request that photocopies be made and mailed. Consult staff about the parameters of these arrangements.
  • Researchers needing extensive copying should consult staff about photocopying and microfilming services. Local free-lance researchers can often handle requests that are too time-consuming for staff to take on.
  • Consult staff to arrange for digital photographs or scans.
