Membership benefits include borrowing privileges at Perkins Library, Lilly Library, the Music Library, the Biological and Environmental Sciences Library. Gifts can be made to any Libraries’ fund (annual fund, etc.) in honor or memory of an individual(s). The Libraries will notify the family of the person recognized.

The Honoring with Books Program gives annual fund donors who contribute $100 or more the opportunity to recognize a special person or event with an electronic bookplate
The Perkins Project – Phase II (Fund 722-3351), the top capital fundraising priority for the Libraries. This fund supports the transformation of Duke’s first library buildings at the center of West Campus.
When you support the campaign with a gift of $5,000, a study carrel in Perkins or Bostock Library will be named in your honor.

A Named Endowment is a fund with a specific purpose. A gift of $50,000 establishes an unrestricted endowment; a $100,000 establishes a restricted endowment; the investment returns support the fund objective.
