    Four-page, double-sided circular letter from "attorney at law and solicitor of claims" James Fullerton, advertising his services for prosecuting "southern claims for supplies used by the U.S. Army" during the Civil War. "Loyal citizens of the southern states, whose property was appropriated for military purposes or who furnished supplies for which they have not yet received compensation should apply at once."
